At Indulgence Hair Salon, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Hair Salon. CANCELLATION POLICY EFFECTIVE 1/1/2022 Indulgence Salon understands that sometimes schedules change and requests at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your position.
Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance will incur no charge. Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) and "No-Shows" will incur a charge of 100% of the service amount.
Unfortunately if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule promptly will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time, it is considered a "No-Show," and your card will be charged for 100% of the service scheduled.
We value our clients, and understand that accidents and emergencies happen that sometimes prevent a 24-hour notice for canceling or rescheduling. For this, Indulgence Members are given one (1) grace appointment a year for last-minute scheduling changes or cancellations. Please inquire at our location on how to sign up for free today.
